Marks and Spencers Chicken salad sandwich syns.

How many syns is this on extra easy seeing as i havent had my HEXB and obv chicken and salad are free? I googled it and it was like 15.5 syns but surely i'd just syn the mayo??

If it was wholemeal bread, you can take 6 syns off the value for your hexb

I seem to remember bought sandwiches not being able to take chicken as syn free as no way of knowing how they cooked it, so could only take the bread of as your HEXB

Well i'll take the bread as my HEXB and the rest i'll just deal with as i've felt pretty rubbish today and thats the only thing i could stomach.
