hi fellow slimming worlders let me tell you a bit about myself im a 29 year old mother of two who recently gave birth to my second baby in may. after the birth of my first baby i managed to lose 4 stone getting myself down to nine and a half stone and had mantained that weight until i got pregnant again since i gave birth i found it hard to lose the weight initially but joined slimming world last month and lost half a stone in the first three weeks since then weight loss has slowed down to half a pound and sts the last two weeks just thought i would maybe post a food diary here to see if theres anything im doing wrong feel free to criticise and tell me what im doing wrong thanx in advance mashy
sundays food diary
breakfast i x alpen light and banana with cup of tea used alpen light as hexb and used milk from allowance in my tea

lunch
slimming world fry
i x rasher with fat cut of , 2 x sin free sausages(slender choice),scrambled eggs and had mushrroms and tomatoes as my superfree also had a cup of tea with milk from allowance

dinner roast chicken with lemon and garlic no skin, roasted veg which were superfree , potatoes and turnip

i highlights hot choc 2.5 syns
i mullerlight greek style 0.5 syns
packet of skips 4.5 syns

also drank i litre of water 3 cans of diet coke and had some melon through out the day
 
mondays food diary
2 x weetabix hexb with milk from allowance banana and some melon superfree
cup of coffee with milk from allowance hexa
lunch
home made butternut squash soup superfree and side salad
dinner
steak with the fat trimmed of mashed potatoes no butter added and spinach for superfree

snacks

melon and a can of diet coke may have a hot choc later which is 2.5 syns
