paddys day .....didnt drink!! but had a salsa and mayo grilled chicken wrap and a side salad....can someone tell me houw many points that is? im tryingg to work out how badly iv done this week!!!

Well done for not touching the black stuff! Very clever!

McDonald's is bad, but you could do worse than a wrap with grilled chicken!! I took the kids in, and so I didn't have to watch, busied myself with the nutritional information on the back of the paper that lines the trays. Got out my WW calculator and worked all the ProPoints out. However, I didn't bring the info with me!!! Anyway, I remembered that a grilled chicken salad (throw away the dressing and croutons) is 5pp.

Drink is worse, because you'd a had a Big Mac after 5 pints –*which is worse... so well done!
