I know some people like to change their menu each day but I am such a creature of habit. I'm now finding that I'm struggling on what to have for breakfast....
My typical pp menu is:
B - Protein shake (low carb) with skim milk and water.
Snack - grilled wafer thin meat ( ham or turkey)
L - chicken breast or cold meat with cottage cheese.
S - oat bran, Fromage frais and sweetener.
D - meat and cottage cheese. Jelly and 0% fat yoghurt.
On pv days I add beet root to dinner. My dessert is rhubarb sweetener and yoghurt.
To lose weight as quickly as possible I want to cut the protein shake. Can anyone give me some ideas?
I look forward to my days off as its scrambled eggs, grilled ham and cottage cheese. I don't have the facilities to do this at work though. Iv also have tried loads of your gorgeous recipes (it was BBQ chicken last night) but work days are always the same. Any suggestions are welcome!!
