medical issues but sticking with SW

i have big food issues due to a digestion problem - i am not allowed more than 10g fibre a day, and cannot eat roughage.

I stick mostly with red/green days, with the odd EE day thrown in.

my weight loss has been slow - 19lb since August :confused: WI on monday evenings.

i've started doing gym classes.

so here is my diary - i hope to figure out how i can increase my weight loss.

any suggestions appreciated.

tuesday red
b: ww yoghurt
l: ham sandwich & quavers, flora light & extra light mayo
d: chicken stew. mini curlywurly
hea milk, heb nimble. Syns 12.5

wednesday green
b: ww yoghurt, banana
l: beans on toast
d: jacket pot & tuna mayo. cadbury flake
hea milk, heb 115g tuna, 2 nimble. Syns 11.5

today EE
b: cup of tea, apple, and SF jelly
l: bacon, egg, mushrooms & baked beans, bread.
d: spag bol - extra lean mince, onions, tin tomatoes, mushrooms, pasta. curlywurly.
hea milk, heb 2 nimble. Syns 15

yuk news today from the dietician

my bowel is in trouble again so needs to be rested - back on artifical feeds for a week or so.

she has prescribed 2000 cals per day so i predict a gain in WI on monday :mad:

today
b:1 nimble & smooth peanut butter
l: after the dietician's new i ate a cadbury caramel in defiance!!!
d: yum 500 calorie drink

tomorrow - 2000 cals drinks.
 
Have you tried aloe Vera juice it is meant to help with IBS- I am assuming you may have this?? 25ml morning and night helps to soothe the digestive track.
