messed up

My heads all over the place and just messed up royally :(

I just dont know if im in the right place to do this. but failing again... i just CANT do that :(

Maybe ill have another bash at WW?

And come back to s&s when im ready. my packs are all good till 2013.

what is it about the plan that you struggle with?
 
I struggle on plan to be honest I don't like any of the food packs and i dont like veggies or salad !!!
I only have the chocolate shakes and bars plus my protein which is either chicken or fish occasional gammon :0/

I'm restricted because I don't like the other stuff if I did I think id find it way easier than I do x
 
I just miss normal food and treats, i do well on WW as i can have the things i like but my weightloss is SLOW on that, I guess its just a case of deciding which is better for me?

One things for SURE i'm not giving up, i'll continue to loose weight, just not sure how it will happen at this very moment.

Totally can understand that !!!

You will make the choice that's best for you :)
 
on ww i'll have a low cal lunch and dinner, but i can have a biscuit or a yoghurt after my tea, i miss yoghurt so much!

and i can make meals for the whole family and feel involved, i feel a bit outcast on this!

I know what you mean I miss stuff like that on plan more so cause you " can't " have it

Iv done weight watchers before too I liked the old points though since they changed to pro points I havnt been back !!
 
Why dont you use your packs within a 'low cal' diet.... one for brekkie and lunch and then have a regular tea???

Do you like any veggies or salad? I'm just wondering if there's some way we could help you jazz up the filling stuff to make it more appealing.
On weight watchers you tend to eat a lot of veggies and stuff to fill up on don't you :confused: I've not done it since there was a 'free foods' long list and I just used to stick to those. They were mostly fruit and veg though.

Do you use My Fitness Pal.... you can set it to 'lose Xlbs' and you can enter the slim and save packs on it so you could see exactly what your having!!

i just joined and it would only let me set it to 2lbs a week loss,

then it gave me 1200 calories a day and would be 1.6lb a week loss?

i'd like more than that.

It's a site that allows you to track all of your daily calories / carbs etc. So if you want to go a little off plan it allows you to track what you're having to ensure that you keep carbs low enough to stay in ketosis. You can also 'friend' people on there a bit like FB. I've used it every day for almost 3 months now. Just google My Fitness Pal and it should come up. There is a phone app too.

You cant set it to more than 2lb a week I don't think! If you're doing a VLCD then it doesn't really matter anyway :) you can customise the calorie intake yourself tho :)
