Michael's Slimming diary :)

So recently I came off my lads holiday and a friend started posting all the pictures he had taken onto facebook and that's when I realized how overweight I had become.

Double chin, bear belly, little moobs ;) all on show so i thought I'd better do something about this.

Since my girlfriend use to go to SW and lost allot of weight I decided to give it a go as well.

Now due to work (working 9am-930pm) I cant make classes but luckily I've already got books and the internet so I'm going to use this site for help and inspiration when needed.

I am unfit I couldn't really jog a minute without being out of breath but since coming back off my Holiday 15/07/12 I've stuck to SW and jogging to increase my fitness.

Holiday weight ----- 15st5lb (15/07/12)

Current weight ---- 14st12lb (26/07/12)

hopefully I can stick to this routine and get to my weight goal.

Just wondering I'm having Sirloin Steak, Corn on the Cob and SW chips for tea tonight is it ok to cook the steak with the fat on and then cut it off after?
