I need help!! I don't like milk so am not using my milk allowance. I it possible to swap it for the same amount of low cal cheese such as philly extra light? does anyone know? xxx

I don't know the answer, sorry.

Just thought it may be worth you emailing SnS and getting the official answer then you know for definite.

May also be a 'use it or lose it' scenario but I'm sure they'll tell you xx

Just asked and i can have that or cottage cheese xxx :):):):):):):))::):)

That's good-so what's the answer, is it milk or cottage cheese? As I also thought you could have cottage cheese as your protein option :)

can have philly extra light (the little indicidual portion) as your milk allowance or cottage cheese as your millk or your protein allowance. xx

Brilliant thanks :) x

At the end of the day it's all about calories and carbs. I would feel ok about swapping the milk for something worth 50 calories or less and 8g of carbs or less as it equates to the same thing.

I don't know of its allowed or not but as I almost never have milk, I've started having a light baby bel as a snack.

I'm guessing that it would be if you can have cottage cheese
