Milk/ scan bran

HI guys!

I'm on my very first day, just moved over from ww! I have 2 questions regarding healthy extras!

First is semi skimmed milk! Is it okay not to have the full allowance! I have a small amount with my porridge! 125ml semi skimmed! But I drink my tea/coffee black! Do I need to have the rest of the milk? Or should I syn the milk and have another HEXA

Also a lot of people use scan bran, what is it?

Other than tht I'm good to go !

Wish me luck!

If the full allowance of milk is too much for you, you can either:

1. Syn the milk you use and have cheese for your HEa option instead
2. Go half and half - half milk and half cheese

Scan bran is a very high fibre (42%) crispbread available from class or Holland & Barrett. it resembles roofing tiles but is nice in cakes. It's rather like marmite - you either love or hate it :)

Good luck!

Okay! Thanks Hun!

Didn't realise I could mix the two!
I might consider that!
