Milk?

I only very occasionally have a cup of tea, no more than one cup a day and rarely even that often. I do have tea with milk in so I'm wondering how is best to record it in my day. I could hex a it but there's no way I'd use that much milk in a day. Do I just syn it instead? It's literally just a splash.

Yeah just syn it, depends what type of milk you have to what syns though, semi skimmed is 1 syn a splash and skimmed 1/2 but depends how much you use lol x

You could split your healthy extra and have half milk, half cheese instead. Its 175mls full fat milk for a HEB so you could have half that amount for your teas and then 20g reduced fat cheese for instance.

I have skimmed. 1 syn for a splash? When I looked it was only 1 or 2 for 100ml I think.

No, 1/2 syn a splash I've always read in the magazines and stuff. 100ml would be 2 syns so that would be about right, 1/2 syn for 25ml splash

I said 1 syn for semi skimmed.

Oh sorry, was on my phone. Seems a lot but then I guess if a syn is around 20 calories then it's not really is it. I just realised I had semi-skimmed anyway, not skimmed. Didn't sleep well last night, not with it at all lol

Lol its ok. But yeah 250ml semi skimmmed milk as a hexa so 250ml will be 6 syns, you would have to do some maths and measuring to make sure how much syns you're getting

Yeah that's what the book says.
