Made a MIM today and im well impressed. I could definitely have one every day for breakfast. Any ideals for flavours? Dont laugh but I was thinking of lemon and white chocolate (a very small amount!). I made blueberry but I didnt like the blueberries.
I think most people do savoury ones Andi, cheese etc. I can imagine making them with Marmite, but that would definitely be a love or hate factor there.
It a muffin in a minute or muffin in a mug. I started a thread about it a few days ago. There is a video of how to make it on youtube. Its a flaxseed muffin and it can be sliced to use as lo carb bread or you can have it as a muffin. I was so surprised - its actually really nice!
when u say make it with cheese? what do u mean with cheese?
I make mine as per the recipies using splenda... but i eat it like a bun with grted cheese in it....
how do i make it savoury? just miss the splenda out?
