Minimelle's final hurdle! (almost)

So after loosing 4 stone. I have recently put 5lb back on! Eek! I still have 3 or 4 stone to lose So im doing SW again but there are no local day classes so am going alone with the help of this lovely place an fb!

Im doing the extra easy plan but trying to have smaller carb portions! (that is going to he hard) but will have at least 2 green days a week.

BREAKFAST:
porridge- HEb
Milk - HEa
Sweetner
I know i should have 1/3 suprfree but i never eat breakfast usually so had to almost force the porridge down! One step at a time! Lol

LUNCH:
Vegetable stir fry with noodles - syn free :D

DINNER:
Quorn peppered steak, sw chips, brussel sprouts, green beans, baby corn and sweetocrn with gravy (2syn)

Drinks will be water and green tea. Need to see if green tea is synned!
Also i know ive not put any snacks or anything down, this is because my cupboards are bare until tommorrow! But wanted to get started today.
