Hi All,
Just found this great site and is easy and fun to use. I put a photo of myself in right now (Left picture) and then lost 48 lbs (right picture), what a difference, I also added 35lbs and it was so accurate - great fun. If you do this then upload your results - will definately keep me on goal. The site is:-

I didn't find it much of an incentive because my before and after pics (after 2 stone loss) showed no noticable difference :cry:

I liked it because it showed that I need to actually get down to my BMI predicted weight to be "properly slim". Obviously the lighter one is the more "loss" it shows through smaller losses, am glad you tried it though, a good thing to mess around with for an evening looking at how you can/should/shouln't look!
