Hello
So, I'm feeling pretty motivated right now and all set to finally lose everything I have left till Goal!
But, I've noticed something I have a problem with (other than food lol)
I THINK I'm eating the right foods but clearly I'm doing something not so good or I'd be losing weight better than I was. So I'm starting (and finishing) this food diary - and I'm hoping that if anyone notices a big problem that I'm not, please tell me so I can rethink things sooner rather than later
