Hi if you are reading this, on saturday I got on the scales and realised my weight was slowly creeping back on, it was times for action and so I have started the Slimmm diet, below is my diary (back dated as I am now on day 5) I'm hoping to include the foods I have eaten and my thoughts, feelings and hunger pangs.

DAY 1

Breakfast: Vanilla Shake
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Mint Chocolate Shake
Snack: Orange
Dinner: Risotto & Salad (I needed the carbs honest)
Snack: Plum

Thoughts & Feelings
Seems easy enough, not really thought alot about food.

Breakfast: Berry Shake
Snack: grapefruit
Lunch: Cafe mocha Shake
Snack: Orange
Dinner: Baked fish in a tomato sauce and salad
Snack: Plum

Thoughts & Feelings
did some light gardening today, do not feel hungary.

Lunch: Vanilla Shake
Snack: Banana
Dinner: omlette & salad
Snack: handful of strawberries

Thoughts & Feelings
some temptation today as in work, smells of hot cross buns but I was able to resist.

DAY 4

Breakfast: vanilla Shake
Snack: orange
Lunch: cafe mocha shake
Snack: grapefruit
Dinner: pasta tomato sauce
Snack: Plum

Thoughts & Feelings
Felt hungry today, more temptation, visited a friend in the evening and they were eating pizza & garlic bread - resisted.

Hunger Pangs
gurggling stomach today when smelling pizza. craving carbs so I had to handfuls of pasta.

Dinner: Chicken breast (cooked on the George Forman Grill) with Salad
Snack: Apple

Felt very very hungry today, more temptation, hot cross buns evil evil.

Hi, yes today is day 7 jumped on scales with morning i've lost 7lbs, I can fit in my jeans without them being tight.
 
DAY 6

Breakfast: Vanilla Shake
Snack: handful of grapes
Lunch: choc mint shake
Snack: Apple
Dinner: naughty tea Chips mamde slimming world way with sweetcorn and 4 mini kievs
Snack: nothing

Thoughts & Feelings
I have felt fine today.

Lunch: Berry Shake
Snack: Orange
Dinner: Homemade veg & Quorn curry (no rice)
Snack: nothing

Thoughts & Feelings
Felt happy today, the big weight lost was a real boost and has made me more determined to continue

Lunch: Choc mint Shake
Snack: Orange
Dinner: Homemade Quorn curry chilli with salad
Snack: strawberries

Thoughts & Feelings
today was tricky we went out and OH had a picnic lunch i had my shake :mad:

hey sounds like your doing well. i completely fell off the wagon saturday night and sunday - oops but back on it today. i'm just stressing out about college work but i can now see light at the end of the tunnel. hurrah!
 
Hey, yes it's going well and I am finding the Slimmm diet eay to follow and stick at. I think because I can see a difference with my body it is spurring me on. I hope you have managed to get on top of your college work and you're no longer stressing. Have you managed to stick to the diet for the last couple of days?

Dinner: Marinated chicken & salad
Snack: nuts & raisins

Thoughts & Feelings
I spent my lunch hour in the sun which helped me get away fro mthe food smells

Dinner: naughty to night i'm having pasta and a tomato sauce
Snack: tiny tiny slice of cake!

Found today hard, birthday at work cake and nibbles everywhere so feeling hungry

yes lots but I think it's down to exposure of other people and their food.... I need to become a recluse!

hey hows u?
just wondered how you're doing on slimmm shakes, ive just ordered mine, ive got 3 an half stone to loose and is in desperate need of help
im going to try av the 2 shakes, a small meal and the odd snack if i need to, ive started slimfast today to get me ready for the shakes and not snacking inbetween
and im joining gym and classes tomorrow, so gonna gonna av a storm at it x
