Well I built up the courage to go and weighed today and glad I did. Some how I have lost 1lb over the last two weeks.

It's been a very emotional two weeks after the sudden loss on my nan and I wasn't bothered about the gain I just wanted to start again and loose weight to make her proud.

Im really sorry to hear about your gran. I recently lost my auntie and grandad in the same week, its so heart breaking. But think how proud she would be of you, stay positive hun xx
