Doh! I never thought to keep a diary on the forum until tonight, so I think I will start one from today even though I have passed my half way point on this journey. Today was a PV day
B: 2 praline and goji berries muffins with coconut quark and soya yoghurt topping
soya caramel latte
snack: yoghurt jelly and a frozen pineapple yoghurt
L: Hot smoked salmon (aldi's) with a green salad, toms, cucumber, radishes, spring onios dressed with a lemon, sweetener, a few drops of chilli soy sauce, dill and parsley dressing.
Snack: 1 praline muffin with the rest of the breakfast topping, one caramel soya latte
D: BBQ chicken breast with a side of Baba Ganoush and some tomatoes

It's been a good day :0 looking forward to the weekend!!
 
Stayed the same 69.8kg this morning but I usually do after a PV day. Bring on tomorrow's weigh in.
 
Ok here's my food diary for today. It was a PP day
B: Smoked turkey bacon omelette
Snack: FF quark with soya yoghurt and pineapple essence
L:roast chicken, O cal Pink lemonade
snack: oat bran with coconut yoghurt
D: Venison meatballs on the BBQ
soya caramel latte
 
I had a blast today again, loving this fabby weather, I look brown feel reasonably skinny so that makes me feel good :). I taught a scrapbooking class this morning then stained a concrete path at the side of our house and finished just in time for lots of family members arriving for a BBQ. I have made all the burgers from lean meat and everyone commented how lovely they were, we also had marinated chicken, chilli, garlic and ginger prawns and fish skewers, tiny button mushrooms with onions on the hot plate and I eat lots.
B: dukan bread with Baba Ganoush
Snack:Frozen yoghurt
L:BBQ stuff with a big green salad and some mint raita for the burgers
Snack: frozen yoghurt
D: cold burgers and chicken leftover from the barbie
Lots of 0 cal Pink Lemonade with ice and fresh mint

Hi, glad u started a diary ;-) u reminded me about pink lemonade!!! YEY not had that in ages. This weather is defo dukan friendly, how lovely are out protein meats and fish on the bbq and we are all so good at spicing them up! have a great week xx

Dear diary today i have been a good girl but I could have easily be naughty, I craved fruit and ice lollies all day :( It was a PP day
B: Oats with soya yoghurt and coconut essence
SNACK:hard boiled eggs
L:prawns, smoked salmon with a rose marie sauce made with a tiny bit of tomato paste and a bit of sweetener
SNACK:Sweetened Quark
D: mmmmmmmm, cheese filled chilli and herbs chicken wrapped in bresaola and baked in the oven. I was so proud of it I photographed it LOL

YAY! The scales have finally moved a bit this morning currently at 69.5kg so I have exactly 8 kg to go, exciting !!
 
My food for today was
B: veg frittata
snack:missed it as I went shopping
L: smoked mackerel pate and celery sticks
Snack:Quark coconut cream and oats
D: Chicken, leek and butternut squash pie mix minus the pastry :)
Soya Caramel Latte
0Cal Cream Soda on the rocks and water,water and more water
hoping for a bit more of a loss tomorrow xx
 
Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!! I have started the day HAPPY :) got on the scales this morning and I have dropped quite a bit over night. I now weigh 68.8kg and my ticker says only 7kg to go, its gooooing gooooooing .....................

snack: ONE MARSHMALLOW , today I bought 12kg of sweeties for a candy buffet I am doing at one of my retreats at the end of the year and they were all to tempting, I am shocked as it's the first time since I started that I cheated.
L:Rump steak skewer with 3 slices of courgettes and 3 pieces of peppers a bit of salad leaves :( it was meant to be a PP day
Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs
D: Chilli minced steak
Soya Latte and a Cinnamon tofu creme
I am expecting TOM so feel poo, my belly is swollen, feel guilty about the marshmallow, so you could sum it up as feeling sorry for myself.
 
No need to feel guilty, sweet pea, it's nice to know you're human! ;)

Now, no looking back! Onwards and downwards :D

Monica, I hope you are feeling better, marshmallow shmarshmallow!!!! forget about it and move on. Focus on the fabulous loss instead :). I know I need to take my own advice, so let's both cheer up and remember dukan works and you look fab already!!! So it's only going to get even better x
 
Your menu is fabulous....I wish I was an inventive cook!!!!! Any left overs throw them this way x

Good Morning Diary :) I stayed the same and its a PV day today, having a turkey bacon sandwich for brekkie with cherry tomatoes, yummy.
 
Well done you...nearly there! It's great to read your food diary as it gives me ideas however there does seem a lot of cooking going on something of which I don't have much time for. Luckily I'm not a saucey person lol and like plain foods so don't need to spice things up. For me if the meat/fish is fresh and tasty in itself then I don't want to add any sauces but hey that's me and makes my food quite easy. I'm starting day 1 of cruise and have dover sole for dinner but that will be baked in the oven with lemon juice and I plan to eat asparagus with it...my first veg in 10 days but I've not missed them as I love my protein. Have a great jubilee weekend Passionflower. Saska x
 
Hello today was a 100% Dukan Happy day!!!

B: Dukan Bread with Turkey Bacon and cherry toms
Snack: Soya Latte
L: ginger and chilli smoked salmon salad
Snack: Silken Tofu Praline Creme
D: satay chicken skewers with stir fry veg, the man made Dukan satay sauce was lovely and will deffo have this again
