Okay where to start /i started the menu seven day' splan on the sw site.

Breakfast
one slice of toast with a spread of clover thin.
Black coffee no adding.

Mid morning
Black coffee.
Fruit

Lunch
Coffee Black.
[h=4]Ploughman’s platter:[/h] Pile your plate with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and pickled onions, and add hard-boiled egg, thick slices of lean ham, chopped apple and a 40g hunk of reduced-fat Cheddar cheese. For added tang, include a Waldorf salad, made by chopping celery, Granny Smith apple and mixing with fat free natural fromage frais.
