Hey Steeleee, I have just seen this thread!!

Hope your lectures went OK....I had my weigh in this morning. Lost 1lb, not bad but not great...I suppose the way to look at it is a loss is still a loss

Hi all, Laura it is still a loss you are right. Had a good day at school (no I am not the student - but the teacher). This week I have lost 3.6lbs and am very pleased with that - need to keep up the water though.
So - some students told me I looked cute today, I will take that as a compliment, however the fact that I had bright pink flowery wellies and dressed in grey made me think I had more of a "Nellie the Elephant" look going on.
