I'm back on slimming world after putting on weight recently and finding this is the only programme that works for me. I exercise 4/5 times a week high intensity exercise and to replenish I don't always choose the right foods. I have been using protein shakes and I'm interested if someone would mind telling me the syn amount. I'll post in the syn forum. Have a good day all X
