Morrisons best tomato and chilli pasta sauce

So I was just reading through some of the syns threads and read that if a food doesn't have a free food allowance you can use 1 syn to 20cals rule which is what i have always done. But if an item has a main ingredient that is free food then it may be lower syns. Does anyone then know how many syns are in the Morrisons best tomato and chilli pasta sauce? It's 77 cals in half a jar so i've always said 4syns but am wondering if it could be less.

No, unfortunately jars of sauce are not eligible for a free food allowance so it is a straight 1 syn for every 20 calories
