Hi guys, I'm new to this and keeping a food diary - I had a skinless chicken breast from a morrisons deli whole chicken. Can anyone advise me on whether this is classed as free on a red day?
Yep that's true although I think the fine green beans are okay. Also parsnips, potatoes and sweet potatoes are not free on red days
One really handy hint is that for food with no free food in them you can work out the syns using 1 syn per 20 calories - this would apply to your dressing
