Number 2 - starting weight over 222lbs
Gym Shoe - always said i'd never go to the gym (now its a weekly thing)
Bone - for losing enough weight to join the bone marrow register
Numer 1 - getting into the 100lbs
Heart - for putting heart and sole into this journey. . .
The next charm?? Maybe a tortoise to remind me that slow and steady wins the race?
