Mousse?

Has anyone managed to make this right?
I've tried 3 times to make it and it never turns out right I've wasted 3 shakes on it
I've tried more water, less water, making it in the shaker and using the blender!
Is it just me lol
What do you use with it? The stuff from S&S?
When I make mine I add the mousse mix into the actual sachet and mix it with the end if a tea spoon, I then add my water to the shaker making sure water is ice cold add the powder and shake away, pout into little glass and chill, mine always come out lovely, I normally put 150mls if water

Yeah I bought the s&s stuff with my last order! But no mater how I try to make it it just comes out as a gelatinous blob, like a more solid Blancmange
Don't think i will be trying it again!
