Hey everyone, just wanted to introduce myself since I'll be stalking all your posts for the next 28 days
I'm Lis and I've just started the 28 day challenge. I've been doing Slim fast for the past 3 weeks and although it's a great diet, I need something a little stricter with bigger losses so I can fit into the rides at Alton Towers on Halloween. It would also be nice to wear a Halloween costume but that's not my goal.
So, today is day 1. I've just finished a bowl of Cinnamon porridge and although I put 50ml more water than I should have it was still lovely. I've done Exante in the past so I know what to expect from the lunchtime shake but I'm really looking forward to one of the meals this evening (none of this was available last time I tried Exante), I'm thinking I'll try the chilli first
