Hello there,

Here I am....starting slimming world tomorrow. I lost 3 stone last year doing weight watchers. I haven't dieted at all for a year and have gained 7lbs back. Which isn't much really considering the lack of exercise or healthy food.

I decided to do slimming world this time round. It sounds like something I can stick to.

So just a hello for now...I am going out for dinner tonight...my final meal before I start counting syns etc.

I want to log my food each day and take photo evidence of my food and body. Not sure if anyone wants to follow that but feel free to read and comment.
 
Yesterday went well...although too busy for photographs.

Start weight 170lbs 12stone 2 lbs

Breakfast
Porridge (a&b)
Blueberries

Lunch
Pasta with onion/courgette/mushroom/carrot (2syns)

Dinner
Chicken kebab with salad and potato

Snacks
Fat free Yogurt
Apple
Grapes
Banana
Velvet crunch (4.5syns)

Total = 9.5 syns
