So 6 weeks after the wedding, I am making a fresh diet start!! The honeymoon helped me put back on 7lbs, and since we got back I have continued to use the wedding as an excuse to eat and drink what I like....so time to put the brakes on a little.
My target is to get down to 9.5stone, which was my target before the wedding, but I didn't quite make it
I have decided to do a diary, as any help and guidance from you lovely people would be fantastic as I am doing this from home so may go wrong.....and of course at that point I will naturally blame the diet rather than myself
So the plan for today:
Breakfast: Strawberries, blueberries and grapes, covered with 0% fat free natural yogurt and 30g shredded wheat (HexB) with a small sprinkling of sweetener.
Lunch: Pasta Salad - Contains pasta, grated carrot, spring onion, pepper, tuna and cherry tomatoes. Mixed together with 0% fat free natural yogurt and 1 level tablespoon of light mayonnaise (1 syn)
Dinner: Slimming world fish and chips - Haddock with SW chips and salad
Snacks: If I get peckish throughout the day I will grab some fruit....
