is this syn free? hope so as making curry tonight.......its only herbs and spices and you add tomatoes and onions

If its a dry mix with no added thickening agents it should be ok but if its a paste then it'll probably have oil in it. Out of interest where did you buy it? I've not seen it

its from asda its just spices supposed to be nice cant wait syn free curry wow
