Thought I'd start a food diary, been following the plan since Wednesday and loving it so far, lost 5lbs already! Anyway I'm doing it from home so thought I'd post my diary on here for support and advice. I haven't been keeping a diary up until now so here's today's so far..

breakfast
1 egg with sweetener (attempted to make the pancake)
apple
alpen light bar (hex b)

lunch
chicken, salad, boiled egg, one teaspoon of sour cream dip (1.5 syns)
alpen light bar (hex b)

tea will be
chicken, veg, SW chips
muller light milkshake with options (hex a) (2 syns)

evening munchies lol
fruit salad with merangue nest (3 syns)

does this sound ok?
 
Thank you sarg, looking at your sig were both very similar. My sw start weight was 13 8 and my goal is 10 8

magic soup

i binged on peanut butter while making my daughter a sandwich so another 13.5 syns there which takes me to 15 syns!!

Hi

yummy, I try and have onions and mushrooms as well to boast my superfree food intake.

I had 1/2 Grapefruit, grated apple, yogurt and 30g honey nut shredded wheat,

snacks this morning:
2 x satsuma
raw carrots and celery
1/2 a melon cut up

I will be having SW speed soup for lunch (tin bake beans, tin tomatoes and tin of carrots, whizzed up and then heated up) followed by a yogurt.

I want to hit the 13st mark on my WI on Friday!
 
Hi hun, very good!! Yes I usually have mushrooms and onions too as they're actually my favourites but I didn't realise until I was already cooking that we had run out!! Updating the previous post with my lunch x
 
Oh and I had the soup the other day but added extra pickled onions and Worcester sauce, I think I'll make some more tomorrow x

Worcester Sauce in it is good, but never tried pickled onions. Chilli beans works well to spice it up.

Am now stuffed and only managed to eat half of it, oh well lunch for tomorrow..:)

Haven't decided what to have for tea, probably something boring as my oh is at work and my 4yr old and 10month old are happy with the boring stuff lol I just can't be bothered to go all out when he's at work. I still have some soup left over so if I get hungry in the evening ill have that and I'm treating myself to a curly wirly.

5lbs lost in my first week, I'm hoping for 3lbs this week
 
Hiya Hun, dd1 ended up having tea at my mums so I just had the left over soup followed by a massive fruit salad topped with muller light and merangue

.... I know it's bad but nothing, it's just a one off though I love breakfast but was in such a rush I left the house without eating

chicken, rice, peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes with hot peri peri sauce (0.5 syn)

tea
muller light milkshake with options (3 syns)
2x freddos (10 syns)

ok so bad day food wise but I was really painfully bloated, I think it's onions doing it to me so I'm going to have a few days off onions and see what happens.
