Hi,i am new to the forums,i have popped in and out of w.w for the last few years but this time(like the adverts say!) i want to lose weight for the last time!sick of having it on my mind day in day out! trying to get to grips with the pro points values in the muller corner range eg:blueberry/strawberry all with original yogurt 175gm,when working this out i am coming out with 3p.p per 100gms so am doubling it and then taking 1.5p.p off for the 25gms that i haven't used,so i am coming out with a total of 4.5p.p for the total amount,does that sound right,not sure if i am doing it righ wayt! any help would be fantastic thanks xx
