I found a thread saying that the Coconut ones are 0.5syn, what about the others?

I have lemon and cherry too I think.

That is EXCELLENT news - I am slightly addicted to the lemon ones - they taste just like the Sainsburys Taste the Difference Lemon Curd Devon Cream yogurts. Taste super naughty! But glad they aren't!
