Mums for sunday roast ......

I arrived at the mothers today , to her making a huge Sunday roast for family and my partner ......my face was a picture then she came up to me with a small plate of grilled chicken especially for me ....looks like I'm having a WS day ! Bless her for thinking about me !

That was lovely of her to think of you Use your WS day as an experience, throughout your weightloss you are going to encounter meals/nights out etc and you cant avoid these things all the time so it was a lovely thought that she took the time to think about something you could have that wouldn't compromise your diet. I wish I had considerate people around me! lol

I know it was sweet wasn't it ... She then brought out biscuits with tea afterwards !! Luckily things like that don't bother me x
