Hi Just weighed out 160g of fresh mushrooms and this only comes out as 1 carb with myfitnesspal is this correct ? Sorry may sound "non experienced " but its my first day
Mushroom are on the A list for induction, so you can have two mugs if you wanted - but try to get some leafy greens in there too! I know I'm like an old record on the green veg but they make a real difference.
I have also purchased miniture cheese portions at 20g per packet but when I update my diet sheet it comes out as no carbs is this right ? How reliable is my fitness pal?
