Mushrooms

Hello peeps.

I was reading through the instruction sheet that comes in the box with the packs, and they say we can have mushrooms (not fried).

I assume they just mean not fried in oil. I dry fry mine without anything added, is that ok?

Seems a bit daft if we cant even dry fry veggies! LOL!

When I started I assumed the same too so dry fried mine. I did also try them in the oven but I didn't like the texture of them that way.

Jut recently I have been using a bit of fry light (1 calorie per spray) to fry my mushrooms.

I add a tiny bit of water to the frying pan, makes them perfect
