My 30 week challenge

Hi everyone

So I have gained all my overweight back (I lost 6 stones 3 years ago, but seem to have found them again by mistake) and now every time I begin to diet, I lose interest around 4pm and it all falls to bits. DAILY.

I want rid of 56 pounds. At 2lb a week, I know I can do this in 28 weeks. ONLY IF I CAN STICK TO IT ALL DAY LONG.

I fall before the first hurdle time and time again. SO I realised I need to find support and more to the point I need to prioritise and make a commitment.

Tomorrow I am going to go from morning to night without being defeated. I am going to take the exercise I promised myself and not eat the sugar that is making me unwell. (eating sugar makes me binge, it also leaves me exhausted, confused and shaky - I am not diabetic.....yet....but worried I am going to end up that way. :()

Let's start for the first week with a target on behaviour, not results.

No sugar
Controlled calories
exercise daily
Posting daily, especially if I urge towards bingeing!

Weigh in for this morning: 187.7lb

Posting again tomorrow!
