So only 0.5lbs off this week. I know I shouldn't say "only" but I can't help it I'm feeling really down. I'm trying so hard and giving SW 100% so was hoping to do better.
I don't think it helps that I'm doing the diet with someone else who isn't following it properly but they are still loosing and much more than me. I'm happy for her but wish I could do as well!
Oh well another week so hopefully I'll get a good result next week.
