:):) I have just transferred my diary over from the main forum (I think!) so here goes....

Well, here I am on Day 2 of the Cambridge Weight Plan.

I have a MASSIVE issue with food. My relationship with food is extremely unhealthy and I became desperate. The progressiveness of my binging was scary! Rightly or wrongly I wanted to take food out of the equation completely to give my head and my body a rest.

Yesterday was a bit weird but there was a certain relief from not having to get in the ring with food. I am hoping by being sensible and introducing food slowly after a few weeks or so that I will be able to build a healthy relationship with food and stop abusing my body with it.

Anyway, a day at a time

Day 3 - Got on the scales this morning EEK! Was a bit disappointed, serves me right I guess!!

I am doing SS+ and haven't deviated. My head feels really fuzzy but not dizzy finding it difficult to concentrate but that's about it. Is anyone else doing SS+? Does anyone identify with fuzzy head and when should I expect to feel better? What signs will I experience for entering ketosis?

Day 4 - Seems to be getting bit tougher today.....I do want to eat today. Fuzzy head is still there and I am pee'ing about every half hour which is really annoying!!! I don't think I have gone into ketosis yet so i am just going to keep on marching :)
 
Day 5 - Wasn't as bad as day 4 but felt quite bloated and light headed.

Day 6 - Weigh in this morning. I lost 2lbs which was disappointing as I have been following 100%. However, I did lose 3 inches so I am hoping the weight will catch up next week. Don't think I am in ketosis yet as breath and wee still seem to be smelling ok!! :)

What are you eating? Your on ss+?

Hi there, I am not eating anything at the moment. There are a couple of options on SS+ and I chose the option of 4 packets and 100ml of skimmed milk. Are you on SS at the moment? xx

Yes, 3 packs. But I do some milk in my coffee sometimes, so probably between the two. I thought ss+ might make life easier. Not sure though, once I start eating I can't stop, but will have to deal with food at some-point x

Oh, I completely identify with not being able to stop eating once I start, that's why I chose this one as I desperately needed to take food out of the equation for a while. I was starting to scare myself with the amount of food I was consuming!!! I think the trick is to find your 'trigger' foods and avoid them (the ones that when you start you just want more) I know sugar and white flour are big for me so the type of foods I will start to introduce when I am ready will be protein and veg (funny how I don't binge on them!!! ;)) which is what the program recommends anyway xx
