Hi Sisisisi, Welcome to the forum.
I do hope that you had a lot more than that for todays food unless you are trying to starve yourself.
My daughter is a vegetarian and has had a lot more things to eat than that and has lost all her excess weight of about 3st. (42lbs)
Have you joined a WeightWatchers group? You will get a lot of advice about things to eat there. All the very best to you.

Hi Emmaline! Thanks for the advice, I will check out some of the Weight Watchers groups. I haven't had dinner or a snack in the evening yet. It's only 9.30 in the morning here in Australia, so I will eat more. I've noticed that I've become less hungry after cutting out dairy from my diet, but I will try to make sure that I don't starve myself. Thanks, all the best to you too!

Hi sweetie and welcome to weight watchers, I was a vegan until earlier this years due to allergies (I have allergies to meat and dairy proteins) sometimes i can go months with very few symptoms then it flares up and i have to withdraw all meat and dairy for my diet, in england we have alot of vegan friendly food, whats the vegan friendly food like over in aus?

xxx

Hi Sarah-Lou! I think there's plenty of vegan options in food and restaurants here in aus. I did actually not become a total vegan before I moved here, because it was very few vegan-friendly foods in the stores or places to eat in Norway. I tried a few times though, but didn't manage to stick to it. When I moved here there were so many vegan options, and I found out that ditching the meat and dairy was both cheaper and gave me more energy. I think a lot of people are allergic to dairy, but it is difficult to quit it. I was also told by my doctor when I was younger that I was a little allergic to dairy but I continued to eat it anyway.. Now that I've removed it from my diet I feel so much better, and I don't feel bloated that often or get tired after meals.. What kind of symptoms do you get? And where in england do you live?

I eat dairy now but find my symptoms arent as bad, it's almost like after a while it build up in my body and it cant handle it anymore. I used to get bloated, tired sluggish, and sometimes I would feel like my stomach was being twisted up, and I had some toiletries problems too, of which I will leave to your imagination! haha!

the most difficult thing to quit about dairy, is there is dairy in things you wouldn't even think of, and I was shocked at to just how much stuff!, I can have milk in teas and coffee and cereals but it's almost like I can't have dairy in its rawest from. Like a cheese sauce is ok, but a cheese sarnie wouldn't be, a tea or coffee is ok, but a glass of milk wouldn't be. I'm just a weirdo lol!

You don't look like your eating enough hun, could you not have pasta with a pine nut, basil and olive oil pesto (without the parmesan of course) or roasted veg with spices and tofu and rice, 5 bean chilli burritos stuffed with rice and salsa, there so much more you could be eating hun! xxx

My goodness Sisisisi, how are you managing to keep going on such a little food?!! You really need to include mor protein as Sarah-lou says.
I think you will end up being very ill if you continue in this way.
