Hi all,
I've been doing Slimming World since 26th June 2012 and have so far lost 1st 11.5lb (25.5lb)
I, Like a lot of people, have had my ups and downs along the way but i'm determined to get down to a weight i'm happy with.
I started at 17st 9lb and am currently at 15st 11.5lb

For dinner last night I had chicken fried and then mixed with a Home-Made Barbecue sauce (I'll post the recipe in a minute) and then placed on halved-peppers which had been cooked in the oven and then Topped with Grated Cheese. It was delicious.

I've decided to have n Original day today as hopefully that will help drop some weight off, because i had the cheese for my dinner last night i'm going to cut one of my 'A' choices out today.

... For Breakfast this morning I had Magic Porridge which was 35g Porridge oats, stirred in with a Vanilla Mullerlight and put in the fridge for an hour. Was actually quite nice.

I've just had a bit of the Chicken in Barbecue Sauce leftover from last nights dinner, I had it cold which was quite nice but there wasn't much of it so it was more of a snack than a meal. I'm still deciding what to have for lunch, I have 2 Seabass Fillets so I may have them but haven't made up my mind yet and not sure what i'm having for dinner either.

I'm on star week this week and in a lot of pain so i'm finding it difficult to even get up and make food but I know i have to.
 
For lunch I had 2 Sea Bass Fillets with Spring Onion and Yellow pepper.

For Dinner I had Salt and Pepper Chicken, Red Pepper, Spring Onion, Home-Made Barbecue Sauce and 30g Full-Fat Cheddar (A)

I feel so bloated, i just hope the bloatiness goes by the time my weigh-in arrives on Tues evening.
 
I'm on an Original Day today.
Today I had a Slimming World Milkshake and Magic Porridge for Breakfast.

For lunch I had Chicken Breast Fillets topped with Bacon, Slimming World Barbecue Sauce and 30g Full-Fat Cheddar served with Red Pepper, Yellow Pepper and Spring Onions.

As a Snack i had another Milkshake, Strawberries and Banana.

Not sure what i'm having for dinner yet.

Weigh-in tomorrow, i'm praying i've done enough to lose some more weight but with it being Star Week i'm not so sure
 
Well tonights my weigh-in and so far today all i've had is a Slimming World Milkshake, I really am not too sure what to eat, i may have a couple of slices of toast or something
 
Well Last night was my Weigh-in and i lost 1.5lb, was hoping for 2.5lb to get my 2st Award but i'll make sure i get that next week.
When i got home I ordered a kebab as a treat but afterwards felt really guilty about eating it, didn't eat it all though.
Today i've had more Superfree Fruit and Veg than usual and had 6 Syns which is all i'm going to have today syn-wise because of the kebab last night, i'm determined to lose at least 2lb next week.
