My diary!

Ok so I think my first week went wrong because of the atkins app + atkins bars/milkshakes so ill start my diary now using MFP.
Current weight is around 10 stone 9
Aim - 8 stone an a half stone

Today's meals
Breakfast

4 rashers of bacon
Two mushrooms ( about half a cup ) fried
2 fried eggs

Lunch
Tuna
Two tbsp of mayo
Lettuce

Dinner
Chicken strips
Garlic mayo

According to MFP it contains 3 carbs hmmmm.
 
Today's!

3 slices of bacon
2 eggs


And before I eat it can I have my nannas home made stew?

Contains
Stewing steak
Leek
Onion
Turnip
Carrot?
 
Hi and welcome
you need to get your carbs up by eating more veg at least 15g worth.
the stews got some veg in that's not really induction friendly like onion and carrot, I think leeks are ok but only a small amount.
have you read the stickys? You'll get some good advice from them

Yes, pick out the carrots, turnips etc - does she use flour or cornflour to thicken it?
 
She used oxo but I knew gravy stuff was bad so I don't have any of that in my bit only the meat and veg! Should I just eat the meat? Lol
 
I know I need more veggies but I don't like them so for my first week I avoided them while shopping until I found this forum with all the different ways to eat them so when I do my weekly shop on Wednesday I should be posting some more exciting meals - especially deserts though!

Lost justttt under a stone in 1 week! so happy and full of energy :):)



Today's meals

B- bacon - 5 slices (was just a quick one before work, couldn't stomach much at 6am!)

L- bacon and egg (how original)

D- chicken fillet baked in cheesy garlic mayonnaise topped with more cheese.
Plus tescos fresh and crispy salad

Drinks- litre of water, 500ml coke zero and a quick pick me up from a 500ml can of monster absolute zero.

Will be snacking on some pre-made tuna+mayo if get hungry!
