Hey everyone....
Today is the 8th of july and for the last three weeks ive been going to the gym everyday(almost) and eating much healthier(kinda).
Im not huge, but worse than that, im unhappy with my body. I put on 2stone in the last year or so and now in trying very hard to get rid of it...im trying to do it on my own... no LT, CD, WW, nothing like that just on my own willpower..... so this site is my support rather than going to meetings ill be chatting with u guys(hopefully) neway, if anyone feels similar or would like to share their story then please add to this thread... I dont mind what your diet method is, id just love to hear it and share my journey with people.....
Here goes.....
Went to a step and tone class last night, its on once a week and that was my third and yet again i feel wrecked today....hope that gets easier.... Not feelin too hungry yet which is good 4 me cause its usually the first thing on my mind x x
