Hello,
I've been battling with my weight for a long time, I've tried everything from weight watchers to slimming world even weight loss tablets and I'm still not happy. I've recently been following slimming world and lost just over 4st! Yay! but then I lost the momentum to do it and I've put on over a stone back. I wanted to do something like lighter life or the Cambridge diet but at something like £70 a week, bring a single mum, that just wasn't for me. After some research I found Exante and I have just ordered a 4 week bumper back plus a shake shaker and some water flavouring for just over a £100 so only roughly £25 a week. I will hopefully get my delivery on Thursday (13th Sept) and start as of then. I will post my measurements and weight etc when I start and will do a daily blog of how it's going xxx
