My first day - any help?

Breakfast - Fruit Salad
Snack - Nectarine and SW bar
Lunch - 2 x poached eggs on 1 x brown bread
Snack - Fish sticks
Dinner - Beef casserole with potatoes
Evening Snacks - Cherries and an Ice Pole

Drinks, Coffee with milk x 2. Water.

I'm assuming you're following the extra easy plan?

Your food looks good, the only few things I would suggest are meticulously writing down your ingredients in your meals (if you're wanting feedback) and to make sure you have 1/3 superfree with every meal.

From a quick gander at your food for today, this is what I'm getting:

Breakfast - Fruit Salad - All looking ok :)
Snack - Nectarine and SW bar - Was this a Hi-fi bar? A light or a regular? You can have 2 light bars as a healthy extra B.
Lunch - 2 x poached eggs on 1 x brown bread - Brown bread isn't a healthy B choice and will need to be synned, one slice from a 400g loaf is 2.5 syns and one slice from an 800g loaf is 3.5 syns (medium) or 4.5 (thick). Also lacking superfree with this meal.
Snack - Fish sticks - I'm pretty sure these are free but i'm not 100% as I don't eat fish.
Dinner - Beef casserole with potatoes - Did you have any other veg with this or just potatoes?
Evening Snacks - Cherries and an Ice Pole - Is this a shop bought ice pole or a home made SW one? A shop bought one will have to be synned.

Drinks, Coffee with milk x 2. Water. - Did you have any sugar in your coffee and did you use your milk as a healthy extra A?

I also think you may need more syns. You can have up to 15 a day.. Enjoy them! :)
