Working Solutions My first day of Working Solutions

I have been 100% TS for the past 3 weeks, loosing 17lbs in total :) but now I need to start eating again. The toll on my social life has been huge, and I have events coming up so I have decided to move to WS.
So today I went to sainsburys and stocked up on very expensive but nice pieces of chicken, prawn, salmon, and lots of yummy K friendly veg.
I have just eaten my first meal of grilled chicken and broccoli and it was awesome!!!!
It will slow my weight loss down I know, I just need to keep that in mind. Has anyone else made the switch and what happened to your weight losses in those first days/weeks of WS?

If u wanna do ts still, have u considered combining the two diets. Ts when u have nothing on and then ws when u have your events? X
 
Yeah, that is an option, especially if I start to gain again. I think TS days may suit me when I'm busy, and I won't need to have that extra meal because I know now my body can cope without. :) thanks for the idea.
