My first Food Diary

Hi all my names Naomi and this is my first food diary. I am currently doing the slimming world diet (Green Day).
Ever since i had my son 4 years ago i have struggled with my weight before i had my son i was a size 8 and i am now a size 14 and i know to some ppl they may think im lucky to be that size but i just dont feel confident in myself anymore. So here it goes wish me luck and good luck to everybody else xx

Skips 4 syns

Total Syns - 16.9

OOOPS not good today but has made me aware of what foods to eat.

If i have got anything wrong with the syn value or you could recommend any foods lower in syn please let me no.

Good Luck Naomi ( love your name) and yes you are right I soooo wish I was a size 14 but as you said all things are relevant and it is how You feel that counts.
 
I think it's around 10 syns a pot for Muller Rice. Yikes!

Just on your healthy extras - is it better to count the Ready Brek as the hex and syn the splashes of milk which won't presumably have been a full hex so 2ish syns?

Hi thanks for all ya kind words I have been watching what I eat and after finding out how many syns muller rice are I've stayed well cleAr lol.
For breakfast

Egg wholemeal bread 2 slices - healthy extra for bread

Lunch- lettuce, cucumber , cherry tomatoes with v low fat ceaser dressing - free

Dinner

Scrambled egg , beans with s.w chips - free

Tea with 2 sugars 2.0 and splash of milk - healthy extra

Total syns - 2.0


I did exactly the same today aswell so it's not bad at all really happy with myself.

I'm starting Zumba tomoz aswell and I will fit into my size 12 jeans lol

Good luck to everyone n if u have any good recipes for green days I'd really appreciate it as I'm always getting stuck with ideas xxxx
