Hi,

My Name is Alexis. I am self employed, married and a 2 year old almost.
I always have had a problem with food, im in love with it. But when im busy i dont think about it.
I gained 4 stone during my pregnancy and lost 3 stone on lipotrim.
I went on many life diets and fell off. I only gained 1.5 stone back but i dont want a diet anymore i want to eat healthy and not feel hungry all the time.
I want to stop dieting per say and start living and giving my body life again! I am starting to change my life but i know it takes time.

This is my first step:

Well weighed in this morning and lost 3 lbs.
So I guess I should be happy, I am. I am still lloking foward to reaching my target and having christmas dinner tomorrow as my moms leaving for USA for 3 months and my husband is in Thailaand so my 2 yr old, nanny and me will have gordan ramsys honey glazed ham! I wonder how many PP?
