Hello Ally! I'm an ex-SW person (there are a few of us here) and whilst I loved SW, I found I needed something new and a bit more freedom to get me losing. I'm a slow loser (nothing to do with my fondness for baking!) and I find that calorie counting really gives me the flexibility I need.
I was doing SW and struggling and I discovered the My Fitness Pal app for my phone (if you've not got it already, get it! Most of us here are obsessed with it!) and started using it alongside SW as a food diary. But then I noticed the cals I was eating and started trying to cc alongside SW...this helped me get to target! But then I had a baby and when it came to losing baby weight I just decided to go with CC for ease. It's working
