I have just downloaded my fitness pal on my iPhone - you put in all your details ie the amount of calories you wish to take in etc and you can monitor and trace your progress ! Under the food diary exante meals are in the directory. And you can add people to see / support you success (they cannot see you weight only what you loose) also it's great for after exant too as it count all your calories (also has a barcode scanner to detect calories in foods) and you include water intake and excersise !
