My food diary and first weigh in

I am on my first day of the Atkins diet, I am also exercising 3 times a week minimum and taking maximuscles thermobol tablets. Here's my starting weight and daily food diary :)

Starting weight: 14st 5lb (YUCK!!!!)

Breakfast: 4 rashers of bacon, 4 sausages

Mid morning snack: 1 small peach

Lunch: 3 pieces of ham, 1 tomato, 3 medium cut slices of cucumber, 1 carrot, lettuce, 1/4 pineapple

Dinner: grilled chicken, salad

Drinks of the day: coffee, green tea, sparkling water and sugar free red bull

Breakfast: nothing (naughty I know!)
Lunch: 2 slices of corned beef with salad
Dinner: homemade pastry free quiche containing bacon, tomato and cheese
Drinks through the day: green tea, cup of tea, sparkling water and a 500ml bottle of diet coke

Lunch: pastry free quiche
Dinner: smoked haddock and a peach
Drinks through the day: green tea, cup of tea, still water, bottle of diet coke

Food diary for yesterday
Breakfast: 1 peach
Lunch: 2 slices of corned beef with salad and 1tsp of full fat mayo, 2 peaches
Dinner: roast chicken and salad
Snack: 1 peach
Drinks: boots shapers energy drinks x2, 3 cups of tea, 2 pints of still water
