I am on my first day of the Atkins diet, I am also exercising 3 times a week minimum and taking maximuscles thermobol tablets. Here's my starting weight and daily food diary
Starting weight: 14st 5lb (YUCK!!!!)
Breakfast: 4 rashers of bacon, 4 sausages
Mid morning snack: 1 small peach
Lunch: 3 pieces of ham, 1 tomato, 3 medium cut slices of cucumber, 1 carrot, lettuce, 1/4 pineapple
Dinner: grilled chicken, salad
Drinks of the day: coffee, green tea, sparkling water and sugar free red bull
