im hoping this will keep me on track and everybody feel free to give me more food ideas ect
breakfast....muller yougurt and a apple
lunch....2 eggs,beans,onions and tomatoes,pear and banana
snack....1 alpen bar (part of my heb)
dinner will be....roast chicken,broccoli,green beans and peas with plain mash 3 syns for gravy and 3 syns for horse radish sauce
later for a snack ill have my other alpen bar,banana and pear
exercise im doing day 2 level 1 of the 30 day shred
